Dear Mr. Wright
I am writing this letter to acknowledge you that our event organizers have accepted your request to promote your mall in the event ‘Mega Model Hunt 2012’. We can provide you 20 minutes in between the show, where you can organize and play your program and promotional event.  I’ll suggest you to come up with some great show, so that viewers can see some glimpses of talented artistes and an eye catching performance.

We want you to present the program first to our selection team for their approval. I have attached all the mandatory details along with this letter for your perusal. If you have any query regarding the details you can call me to resolve the issue. Kindly confirm the program from your end.
